Personal Coaching

Getting to a place of being healthy is not always a simple matter.

Making the changes that are needed to ensure a life without pain, illness and discomfort can be a daunting task made all the more complex by the vast volumes of conflicting information and guidance available out there on the internet and on the bookshelves.

In order to give yourself the best chance of success I'd make a series of suggestions that will add up to success.

In the first instance, aim to pick a single source of truth for your journey. With all the different options out there it can be hard to do just that but finding one person or site that you feel you can trust is an important first step.

Once you have that single source of truth decided upon, read up on any free information that source offers. If the source is a good choice they'll have quite a lot of information available which you can use to make a start on getting yourself healthy. They shouldn't be pushing expensive supplements or gadgets, just giving easy to follow guidance and enough detail that you can make the changes yourself.

Your next steps after this might be to buy into what that source is offering you. That shouldn't be the first step you make. It should be a step you make if you need more specific help or if you need more detailed guidance.

Your reasons will vary for taking the steps to pay for something more.

You might have more complexity which needs greater depth of help.

You might be short of time to look at all of the free information for yourself and simply want someone else to deal with the details and leave you to just make the changes given to you.

You might have a time pressure (such as an upcoming trip, a race entry, an impending child or grandchild). This may mean you want to make the most of the time you have to achieve your goals more effectively.

Whatever your reasons, whatever your goals, you will want to discuss your needs with the person (or people) you're considering hiring.

That's where bookking a chat with me comes in. At this point I would think I'm at least on your shortlist of professionals you are considering hiring to help you succeed.

Book a call with me and I'm positive I can help.

The main outcomes of a free chat with me are:

A recommendation you can take away and use to succeed on your own.

A recommendation of where to get the more in depth detail you need.

A recommendation to work with a specific health professional.

A recommendation to work with me.

As you can see, I won't always go straight in with trying to sell you my services. I do offer (on this site) a membership option to provide greater detail through more in depth articles and courses. I do offer personal coaching. I do signpost to the very best options for you whether that's with me or with someone who may specialise better in what you need.
