When we log the food we eat it has multiple purposes. One is to simply make your relationship with food a positive and mindful one. The act of logging down everything we eat makes it something deliberate and known and we avoid all those little instances of eating without noticing.

The other, and perhaps more common, reason is that we can look at what we’ve eaten and be able to work out how our diet is coming along as well as where to make changes moving forwards.
